Hi there. On the website it says my subscription is on hold but when I try to renew /pay it won’t let me. It should auto pay so not sure what is going on.

yes, autopay will fail sometime
Try to use this link to load money to resume service. If you are in one of those provinces that need to pay E911 fees, add enough on top of the plan amount or it won't renew
