@Fred54, take a look at the details in the email header. Who is the sender? Public Mobile is starting to do ad emails but this one does seem strange.

Watch to make sure your plan/account is working normally. If you can still log into your account and use your phone normally, you should be ok. Keep the email in case something else goes wrong and you need it for proof.
