Hi, I just changed my sim card online (replacing my previous public mobile sim card), and after I entered the number I hit save changes, but I'm not sure if I did something wrong because one of the boxes turned red and has a highlighted exclamation point, and the save changes button is now greyed out, and I can't click anything on the screen. It's been like that for a bit now. I double checked the new sim number carefully, but not sure if I missed some other step or if this is a bug?

Try on the PM app or clear cache on your browse and try again.

I can't click on the exclamation mark either, so if it's trying to notify me of something, I don't know what it is.
