Hi Community,

I have come back to Public after a promo to ko koodo. upon trying to activate my old SIM card it errors out with an invalid SIM card message.

can anyone assist? I dont think I should ahve to buy a new SIM card whn I already have one.

@dmrd14 Used sim card is useless. You will need to purchase new sim card from Walmart/Wow Mobile/K-Mobile or online and activate again.
