Hi, I sent Mod a private message to port number in and I didn't receive any response.
I tried Self-Serve / Plans and add-on, it gives Generic Error.
Any Mod online and can help me?

@Anthonyangel14 email addresses are not case-sensitive. There's nothing to worry about here, just leave it as it is.

@Anthonyangel14, if you already have an account do not create another one. more importantly, the case of your email address is almost never important. Upper case, lower case, mixed case, the email servers generally have no issue with it. If it concerns you, send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to update it.

I have just recently started with Public Mobile. The email that was put down for my account is right but the first letter is a capital. If I create new account again. Would the number I chose transfer over?

@CharlesPM, how long has it been since you messaged them. Your message goes to a queue and it can take 1-2 hours for a response generally. With so many promos going on right now, they could be a little busier than normal. Many customers who experience self serve issues have reported that clearing browser cache or using incognito mode can overcome problems. Of course, make sure your browser is up to date. Give these strategies a try while you wait for a response from the moderator team.
