I have been very patient for the last one week but since I've never heard back from any of PM or emails that I sent to moderator, now I doubt even my PMs were read and I will get help. I almost give up with this stressful situation since I am missing all my important business calls and double paying bills both Public mobile and Rogers so please please help @Shazia_K
I ported on last Sunday and not receiving any calls also text is not working. I’ve already PM to you with all my information followed from the community post so please help.

I had the same issue,
what I did was I message the MOD about my issue AND I call my old cell provide and give them a heads up I plan to PORT my number out and tell them to note it on the system.
I think by doing that It might make the porting more smooth.

@jungrak9 have you tried your old sim card what happens? does your PM sim have a temporary number? if yes can you forward your rogers calls to that number?

@akravator you're best to start your own post, you'll get lost in someone elses.
And best way to get your issues resolved right now, even though there will be a wait is to private message the moderators. in clude your account info for them to help you out.

I ported from Wind on November 14th.
Wind account was closed near immediately but I have zero service with PM.
Messages to Mod and the 'Get Help' -> 'Contact us' form haven't been answered in any way.
- Heckuva bummer so far.
