Phone not working

My account is reactivated as it was off for 1 day. Account is topped up by ive yet to have phone access. Is there no customer service?

I tried rebooting without the sim card. I get a phone message to call *611 It asks me to add funds to my account. My account shows active Yesterday I put the right amount of money in the account, however I have a balance of $10 for some reason. Can Public Mobile look into my account and advise? My payment was only 1 day after expiration of the account.

If  your account got deactivated due to non-payment: 

 

Deactivation occurs:

  • when the account is in Suspended or Rate Plan Expired status for 90 days, or
  • if it has been 120 days since the last successful rate plan renewal.

Once deactivated:

  • The account cannot be reactivated.
  • The customer must activate a new account with a new phone number.
  • Any remaining account balance, minutes or data left in add-on is deleted.

De activated due to expiry of funds.
Filled account last night but functions not working 12 hrs later. Havent tried reboot sim card due to otterbox complication

Can you provide more information? Why was your account deactivated.. and how did you reactivate it?

 

There is no live phone support, but posting here on the forums is the fastest way to get help.. the moderators are extremely helpful and very prompt.

Is your account still suspended even after payment? Have you tried removing the sim and rebooting your phone?
