am i the single one who cannot access PM website and community from computer or it's just me?
I've tried 4 different computers, still nothing.
Cleared browser cache, disabled VPN encryption, changed proxy settings, surfed with surf anonymous
Did I get ban on my IP or something like that?
B/c i'm still able to access the pm website from my cellphone while I'm on home wifi

I've found what was the problem. Apparently Rogers DNS was the Issue.

Hello!
PM website, community and selfserve are all working fine here from my computer.
Not sure what would earn you a ban, I have not heard of such extreme measures from PM.
