Switched to PM over a month ago, outgoing texts stopped sending after about a week. Everything else seems to work. Emailed customer support on Nov 22 still haven't gotten a reply. APN settings are correct, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling default SMS app, tried different SMS apps, soft reset my phone, hard reset phone, put my sim into a different phone and still can't get texts going. I have no idea how to contact someone from PM at this point and any help would be nice.

Gave Shazia a PM and she forwarded it to the tech team who contacted me within a few hours. They managed to fix the issue thanks for the advice everyone!

@AOTHMAN the easiest way to contact a moderator is to go onto the Users Online page and find someone with a tag beside their name. Hover your mouse over the name and you'll see a pop-up with an orange Send Message. You'll be sending a private message, so include your account or phone number in the message for faster service. Moderators should start showing up around 8:30 am EST.
Hope that helps. Sending a private message to the moderators seems to produce best results. The moderators here are pretty good at resolving issues. @NDesai tagged one of them already, and sometimes they may respond right away.
