Hello,
I am a new customer porting my number from Bell Aliant to Public Mobile. I received a text stating that there are difficulties with my request to move to Public Mobile. It suggests to go to the website, click on 'Contact Us' and complete the SIM & Activation online form. I attempted filling out the form again but I can't because my SIM and email are already registered. I am in need of assistance please. Thanks!
