My plan often runs out early saying I've used 5900 of 6GB. The kicker is I have a 12GB plan. Any way this can be switched?

It appears that your bonus 6GB may not be provisioned correctly.
Send a private message to @CS_Agent. Provide your public mobile phone number and PIN and explain the problem. One of the mods will look into this for you.
