I switched to Public Mobile back in August and I've not been able to receive or send a single MMS from anyone. I've checked the APN settings and they're correct yet I get no MMS.

@SnowyJ What phone do you have?
Usually incorrect APN is the issue with data or mms. Use the APN settings found here and match with what's on your phone. Also try adding a new APN settings.
