Need help in adjusting the data plan

Hi there,

I activated my SIM card couple days ago and I picked the wrong data option by mistake. I was meant to take advantage of the special fall promotion with 12GB data for 3 months period, but I picked the 6GB data by miskate. Could someone please help me to adjust the data plan from 6GB to 12GB right away without waiting until the next payment due date? Thanks!

Another option to make sure you take advantage of the promotion is to change your plan for the next renewal.

Change your plan and select the promo rate. You will be billed again etc. but you will have locked in the promotion.
