hello, my phone is broken. And I have a second phone but I cannot transfer the eSIM because I cannot get the SMS verification code. What can I do?

click Didn't Receive or Resend code on the 2FA step, if you see Send email, choose that and get the code via email
if you don't see Send email option, then ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
