I do not see $1 off from my bill for "referring a friend" and this friend is still a customer of Public Mobile. Who can I ask to get the reward onto the bill? Thanks

You should be able to see in your selfserve account the last 4 phone# of all your referals. If you are missing any by mistake, contact a moderator. If the referal has left PM, you will not get at loyality for that 1.

Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM PM EST

Then somehow your account got affected by a recent-ish bug fix to do with refer a friend rewards. You'll need to contact the moderators to let them know that your friend is still a customer. As long as they haven't gone into suspension of course.

Click on My Rewards button and then the little arrow next to Total rewards earned on the left side to expand the rewards. Do you see the last 4 digits of your "friend"?
In your payment history do you see any line about refer a friend?
