Don't use the browser to subscribe, you need to subscribe via the app
If you have the app already, Uninstall and reinstall and then setup an account using a different email address and try again. Before you subscribe, make sure you choose the proper province

- Check your billing address : Make sure the address linked to your card is exactly the same as the one registered with your bank. Even a small error can block the payment.
