How do you get a refund on the payment as I didn't realize that my phone payment came out twice till I looked at my account

It's likely the extra payment, if made, went to your available funds and can be used against future services.
If it did not, and you're sure your payment card was charged twice, contact customer support agents for a refund of the second payment.

- Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
