Help me!! Porting problem

I sent message to one of MD last Saturday and still haven't got any reply.

I understand all staffs are busy cause of promotion.

 

It is better than other user not to pay 2 carriers cause my daughter's is Fongo now.

However she keeps asking me when the number porting is done and all that I can say is that just wait more.......

 

Please let me know how long I have to wait more if one of staff see this message.
