Haven't used up all my data, yet, I'm being told I did.

Dear PM and community,

 

I currently have the 12gb unlimited province wide talk and unlmited global text. 

My issue is that I was told I used up my alloted data and need to purchase an add on if i want

continual access to the internet. 

 

Based on my iphone's cellular data usage I've used about 10.6gb and the last time the statistic was reset was a day after i switched to public mobile. Its impossible for me to have used about 2.5gb in a day as im on wifi 90% of the time. Also there is no way of checking how much data ive used in my current cycle since that little counter doesn't show up on my self serve overview anymore, unless I add up all the data I've used on the usage tab but there are upon hundreds of pages. Whats going on, and should I do?

I would suggest sending a private message to the moderator.  See the following link.  They should be able to help you with this.  It is most likely a glitch.  I've had this happen to me through other carriers.
