Change from a samsung phone to an iphone

I am switching from a samsung galaxy s10 to an iphone 11. I need a QR code to change.my phone number over. How do i get this?

It will cost you $5 for the eSIM on your iPhone 11. Download the PM app on the iPhone 11 and go to Account tab>Purchase SIM Card and purchase an eSIM.

you meant the esim on the new iPhone? just download the PM app on the iPhone, login and go to Account page and buy esim from there
