@CS_Agent Please help!
I believed I had activated my phone with Public Mobile yesterday morning. But my phone still seems to be operating in wifi-only situations. It will not make phone calls or send SMS, data will not work, etc.
Also, when I try to sign into Self Serve I am met with a message of "Login Attempt Failed". I am sure that I am using the correct sign-in info and had recieved an activation verification email yeasterday morning.
Please help me figure out how to solve this!

@tiaandriani946 since you have an account related issue, please follow @mimmo advice and send a private message to the mod team.
In the mean time please make sure that your phone is unlocked and that you have turned off the phone, removed your sim, reinsert it and power back up.

You need to send the moderators a private message
To send a private message to the Moderator_Team click here
In your message send them:
1) account email address
2) PM phone number
3) explanation of what is happening
4) link to this thread if you want
5) if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and number
