As I mentioned in my post, I had already sent a message to the mod_team and had been waiting 3 hours for the first response. Even now I have waited over 2 hours to get a second response to my reply with the mod team....
the password reset email doesn't always work. You can request a password reset by sending a private message to @CS_Agent. Provide them with your public mobile phone number and PIN and one of the mods will help with this.
