Balance Transfers???

Weird response today; I had a Mod offer me to do a balance transfer between accounts (I thought was not even possible?)

They misread my request so could be a mistake but does Public now allow transfer funds again?

Hey @kav2001c,

Good question - balance transfer, just like refunds, are not something we offer - however there are certain exceptions, especially if it was an issue caused by us, on our end.

It was a new Mod I had not seen before (Aissata B) so as I said possibly error.
