Cannot register for auto pay?  Any idea why

you have to  Log in from https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/  and Click on Payment and click on 

Manage AutoPay
Never miss a payment again.
Register your credit card to automatically make a payment to your account on your renewal date.

@Liz47 sometimes the system has a problem but no worries it should work after few hours I got that experience before. I just tried to clear my cache, cookies, etc.. and tried back after few hours don't know why it worked 🙂 good luck

If you are having trouble registering for auto pay, you will need to send a message to the Moderators.

 

Click on the following link to send a message to the Moderators for assistance, be sure to include a detailed explanation of your issue, account number, phone number, 4 digit PIN, and account email address:

if you mean credit card not being accepted:

make sure ddress in self serve is that same as cc info

try leaving out unit number in address

try putting a space in postal code so it looks llike a1b 2c inastead of a1b2c3

 

try a differet cc

 

IF your tried several time on the site you cc might also need to un unblocked from the PM system. 

 

contacting mods might be the easiest way to solve teh issue.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
