I keep getting an email to write down PIN and saying transfer will happen in 2 hours.
It's my son's Sim card.
All is working since 2 weeks.
Why the repeat email every 5-6 hours???

There have been a few posts like this over the last couple of days. Not sure what the issue is or if the moderators can make it stop. You can message them but respose time is around 48 hours. It is funny because the welcome email for me was arriving 2-3 weeks after or not at all.
- PM Phone Number
- 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
- Detailed explanation
