Activating Sim Card

Everything is fine until I get to the 3rd page where I use the plan builder to

customize my plan. The plan builder doesn't work... If I click continue, I get redirected to an 

error page. I tried this in Chrome and Firefox. Anyone else having this issue?

Public Mobile is the worst website I've ever used. 5 minute page loads, bad UX/UI etc...
