My daughters phone is activated and shows public mobile in her data settingsbut we haven’t any servicewhat do I do pls?

Her phone is the only public mobile phone as of yeti turned it off and restarted itill try again removing the sim and reinsertingreally hoped this would be simple

Everything on her phone is on for datait states public mobile as her carrier

Also in her settings under data public mobile is listed as the carrier
