Hi Kate15,The reason PM is so cheap is that they don't have any in-person support. The chatbot is useless. Sadly this isn't an isolated problem. This community is full of posts about it, as is the PM subreddit.
I'm having the same problem. I'm hoping that PM monitors these posts. I did have the issue last year around this time, but it mysteriously disappeared.
I have a Pixel 7. MMS isn't working on it either. I've tried the APN recommendations below, as well as the one on Public Mobile 's site. Nothing helps. Can anyone offer any ideas?
Hey, thanks for the help. I tried your resolution. It doesn't work. I should note, however, that I also get that random call failed issue that others have reported. I have a case open with Google for the phone - collecting bug reports as we speak....
