I access the web link for the reset password too late and now my account is locked out, what can i do to fasten the process?

The payment part not working i tried all the methods for the verifying your card issue even msg the public mobile on twitter and methods they gave me still didnt work, i still get the error msg , unable to verify your card been like this for 2 days!
