I can reach my daughter"s cell phone, and She can call me. My daughter uses public mobile too.

a couple phone no can call in , and I can call these No.. My home phone can call in, while I can not call out my home phone.

I found that Settings > Cellular >Carrier Service > Public Mobile Web, is this right?
