My basic plan does not allow to change APN settings (greyed) so I do not have data access (except with WiFi), I guess I need a "new" SIM if I change my plan for a data plan because the current SIM prevents me accessing mobile data outside a WiFi hots...

Same problem here, Moto e6s unlocked, I looked a lot of info and tried some announced solutions, nothing worked.

Thanks, I will try Factory reset... Will I loose installed apps?

I do not have access to mobile data. I cannot edit default APNs settings (greyed) nor ADD a new APN (tapping the 3 dots at upper right corner of display).  How to solve this problem?  (new unlocked moto 2020, android 9)
