How to unpin a thread?

I must have pinned a thread by mistake and now it is showing up on the top of all new posts.

This must be a dump question but I tried to un-float it but still shows up on top of the Community page.

Can someone guide on how to unpin a thread?

Thanks everyone for your help. Somehow the pinned post disappeared and I didn’t do anything.

@BKNS27   does it pin to your Get support forum main page?

I see now. I don't think users can pin threads. I don't know why that particular thread got pinned. It's not exactly a reference thread.

But what's odd is that when not logged in, it's not at the top. Click on Community up top which is the default entry point and the thread is not up top. Click either sort by topic or thread and it's not up top.

The only time I see it up top is if I select Get Support from the drop down upper left or on Get Support in the thread.

But I don't think it should have been pinned.

Does it display the same way when not logged in?

Can you provide an image of what you're seeing?
