Hi, I was trying to activate a sim card for my friend and I have problems doing it. It does not let me port in his existing phone number or select a new phone number from the public mobile. He would like to sign up for that 4GB provincial wide 40$ plan which is expiring in 3 days. Is there anyone to help us out in this regard? Tried several times and also several other browsers. Cleared up cookies and every possible thing but no luck. This is so annoying and this problem has been around for about 6 months as I can remember. Hope public mobile could fix this ASAP.

Hey chakri264,
I just signed up an hour ago and noticed that the site was super slow, be patient with it.
When you get in, I would select a new number and get into the system first, you can do the porting anytime after that.

Could be because a lot of people are signing up.
I say wait a bit, come back in an hour or two and try again
Best times to sign up are early morning, mid-afternoon before people get off work or later in the evening.
