@Paddy86 - Public Mobile changed your rewards program - they've sent you at least an email or an SMS or a pop up message in My Account.
The new Public Points is a bit worse, no autopay, no loyalty rewards, but you will now get this with points:
Public Points can be used for add-ons, promos, and a $15 bill credit that you have to all manually redeem in My Rewards dashboard.

you'll now pay your regular plan cost plus tax. All thanks to removal of Rewards...but hey, you'll get points !

@Paddy86 This month everyone on the old rewards system is being switched over to the points system, so you are being charged the full price now going forward but once you have collected enough points you an redeem them for a bill credit or a discounted add on. You'll get 5% in points based on your plan cost, 10 points annual loyalty, and 1 point ($1 still) for friend referrals.

Sadly and embarrassingly Public Mobile removed everyone's monthly credits they EARNED. There is a very large thread about it.
You are encouraged to file a complaint with the CCTS with regards to your loss of earned credits.
