Sudden higher bill

Why is it that all of a sudden my bill changed from 33 dollars plus tax to 40? I have not made any changes. Does it have to do with the new rewards program?

Extraly it is very easy for Public Mobil to fix this, the maximum lost is about $7.00. Public just open all current plan for all current customers, which will make customer pick up similar plan at simiar price(or a little more) compare to the old Rewards program pay.

Public Market Team works not very good on this point....

The Canadian government talking about lowering the phone bills and PM raising them. What a way of helping out families. It's a shame (40 new plan cost - 33 old one = 7 plus tax = 7.91 more a month, times 12 months = $94.92 more a year) Definitely moving out soon.

The new rewards have less value and will cost you more. Depending on your needs/usage you may want to look at the currently available plans and see if a cheaper one would be acceptable, depending on how long ago you have last changed plans prices may have come down.

Yes, the new rewards program works differently.

You now get 5% back in points, 10 once every year, 1 point for every referral.

And you need to manually cash in for $15 off, it is not automatic any more.
