Receipt required

Hi all,

I need a receipt for 2023 for tax purposes for my payments to public mobile .

You've supplied them the last few years.

Please let me know what I need to do to get this.

You'll need to use either the chatbot or the support section of the app to open a ticket and ask for the receipts.

@mikehalif - If it is less than 1 year you can do it by going to Payments > View Payment History > Changing it from 90 days to 12 months.

Since the payments page only goes up to 12 months you will need to contact CS_Agent to get full 2023 bills from January:

you can only download the last 12 receipts, so you will still be missing could in early 2013.  But support can help, just open a ticket and they can prepare you the rest

support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
