But when I go to settings, then phone, and try to enter my number, the save button won’t work. So then I go to messaging but the same message returns, “MMs messaging requires your phone number”. Then I go back to settings. It’s a cycle that I can’t correct. I’ve logged two tickets already and haven’t heard back. I can’t send or receive any messages. Please help!

I just joined PM on Monday and had the same issue-I ported my number from another provider. Even though I restarted my phone the problem persisted. HOWEVER, the good news was next day everything was fine. I just ported my wife's iPhone over to PM and am getting the same issue but based on my previous experience we are going to be patient. After 5 hours (maximum port time to allow) we will try a restart; if that doesn't correct we will try a restart in the AM.
