Purchase of US Talk and Text add on not working

Hello - I just purchased a US Talk and Text add-on today for $15.00.  However, I cannot make a phone call while in the USA.  I checked online "my account" under add-ons, and it says I have 0 of 15 days left.  This should say 15 of 15 days left.  Is there something I can do to get my i-phone working?  Thanks.

it was a first time buying an not a rebuy , right?

if it is a rebuy after you used the first one, there is a problem with rebuy and usually people need to wait 24 hours to rebuy

When you buy any of the 15 Day US Roaming add-ons...they work as soon as you successfully buy them...no waiting. Once you get to US they should work right away.

added...customer might have to manually select either t-Mobile or AT&T

are you re-buying an add-on ? You must either get ahold of Customer Support to make the new purchase effective OR wait until old one has expired PLUS 24 hours has elapsed.
