Plan failed to renew due to my CC. When Renewing Rewards not added.

Same as subject.

I went to renew my plan and paid the full cost without any rewards being tacked on? Can I be credited or the rewards be added as double into the next pay cycle?

which plan are you on?

rewards are now credit to your account as Available fund on the last day of the cycle, before renewal.  So, you should have the rewards money even before you manually paid.  Do you mind to login My Account again, Check Payment History https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history and check the transaction around the days before your renewal.   if in doubt, please post the screenshot of those transactions and we can try to help.

@1cbdb  The fact that your plan didn’t renew is why the rewards were not applied but should be there again in 24 hours after . Resuming service . Did auto pay fail and card is fine or was it expired and had to update it ? If auto pay just failed asked support to credit the rewards
