I and my family have been using PM for several years now and for the most part it's great. The problem is when you need support - there is none. I ordered some sim cards but never received them! I have a ticket in but no response! There seems to be no recourse here but us to leave PM.

No, from the original email I received when I ordered. They give a link to a support page if you have any issues but it just times out. Your link works but I still haven't heard anything back. Obviously they don't want customers so I would at least like my money back since I have to go elsewhere.

Thanks, I have been getting the 404 page which has been another avenue of frustration.

@MG_98761234 - Another way to submit a ticket to an agent is by Private Messaging them via the link below. But currently, the submit a ticket system is 404 ing some people, so I would recommend sending a Private Message to CS_Agent.

the only recourse is to use this li9nk to message Customer Support but ask to have your concern escalated. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
