I need to see an agent to activate my sim to my old number..I cannot log in and I have been trying to resolve this issue for many days ..I can't do this anymore..where can go in Surrey bc Canada to see am agent

@ANNA33   Is this a new sim or your original sim?  How long has your old number been without service, if it is more than 90 days since the last payment expired then the account is deactivated and you won't be able to log in and your old number is gone.
