Hi I join pm on April 15 and I just transfer phone#from other provider yesterday I can call out in get calls use data but when  I try to send a message it says I need to add phone number so I go to I message and try to add phone number and when I click save it don’t save any suggestions what I can do

I called Telus porting and they had to do a refresh on there end now everything is working great 

@Plss   You will need to try again with support because they're the only ones who can fix this.

So I send the text and they don’t get it and I called to see if they transfer my number and there is no record

There seems to be a glitch in the system lately with new subscribers. You will need to click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help reset your SIM.
