New customer here, paid, and ported number to physical sim.
A few hours now, still no data and unable to log into my account.
Can sometimes make calls or receive calls but drops immediately.

You are welcome. Did not solve your issue though.
Unfortunately, it looks like that your account was not set up properly. CSA will need to intervene. You should get a response sometime today. Check your private message inbox for CSA response.

As you still waiting for CSA response, maybe try a simple reboot of your phone (if not tried already). Then a network reset of your phone. Note: this will erase your Wifi password settings.
Is your text working? Incoming and outgoing texts?
Also, for data, check your APN settings:
New Settings:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms

hi @Moonin did you try the sim on another phone?? if unable to get it works, you need to check with agent
