@JTyes   Depending on province there are two $34 plans, one is Canada-US and one is Canada only but with a 10GB bonus.  This is the case for Quebec at least so there one has to be careful which one is selected.

yes it does. Ensure you have a volte enabled phone and on PM's volte whitelist.

yes, for the $34 Canada-US plan, you can use the phone like you are in Canada.  You can access data and text, and can call US and Canada from US

make sure your phone is enabled for Roaming data and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T
