Credit Card charged twice

Hello,  My credit card was charged twice on March 27 at 12.22 pm and March 27 at 12.23 pm for the amount of $16.95 each, (for one month renewal March 27 2024-Apr 26 2024).  Can one of these charges be reversed?

Then the only way to get refund (credit) is to open a ticket, provide screenprint of your bill showing 2 charges.

Do NOT do chargeback at your bank as you will be banned to use credit card at PM for one year!

One of charges could be 'pending'. Check your account in a day or two and pending should be gone.

that doesn't look right if both are posted charges.  did you check your My Account?  any chance the extra charged are showing up as Available Funds as a credit?  and did you make a manual plan change on March 27?

if the charges are really wrong, please ask support to check:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
