thanx will try

But....the phone may  be capable of working on other networks. Correct? Thus the need of brand and model. And do the Koodo or Telus IMEI check.

Oooops....sorry looks like Telus and Koodo no longer has that check available.

HI @alice803   Most European phone might work here but likley not 100% compatible.

Give us the exact model number (e.g, not just S22, but give us model number like SM-S901U.) You can get the model number from Settings-About screeb

Google says the 3G network in Ukraine is B1 (2100 MHz).  That's not compatible with this service.

HI @alice803   possible., but it might not work great.  Some overseas phone might miss some imporant bands, so voice might work 50% of the time and data might not be stable

Give us the make and exact model number and we can tell

It may also be carrier locked.

What make and model is the phone?

For the phone to work, it will need to have at least UMTS 850 and 1900MHz (bands 5 and 2) as this is needed for voice service.
