I lost my old sim card. Bought a new card and cant receive the activation code as the options are only to text to the old # or to email code to my xxxxxxxxxxxxx email that I do not know where or how to access that email? Now after several attempts I get a error to try again in 22h. So frustrating. I need Help. the chat box does not give me good solutions.

Here is the direct method to request a SIM Swap with the Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA) via SIMon: Submit ticket for a SIM SWAP
type "contact us"
type "click here to submit a ticket"
then, log in with your community account credentials

@gavinjohn So, you have no access to the email registered with Self Serve My Account? It is a good idea to ask PM to change your email in the same time.
