never received my sim card

I ordered one to be shipped to Vancouver on July 9. what's the best way moving forward before I call my credit card co for chargeback? @CS_Agent

ordered 2 sim cards twice i April never received

Since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

thx for the head up but 3 weeks for delivery is pretty ridiculous. would you happen to know a way to cancel my order then?

it's known to take 3 weeks for delivery....give 'er another week.
