I changed my bank card therefore the numbers on the new card are different than what was on the present card,so how do I give you the new numbers to cash my monthly payment..??.....J.Ellis

PM is a self-serve service so you change your CC information on your account yourself.

If you are having issues login to your account. Just private message a CS_Agent at:

To manage your payment method follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)

  2. Go to the ‘Payments’ tab
  3. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
  4. Select ‘Manage Card Information’
  5. Input your payment details
  6. Select ‘Save Payment Information’

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

Hi @jaycee-jaycee2 

Just log into your profile and head over to the payment tab and then manage subscription and then Manage Payment Method.
