Dear Operators,
I was in the process of porting and was trying to port my number from Rogers. I had received a txt message from PM last night about SIM & Activation and that I need to complete the online form which I can't find. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I did that, hopefully things will get resolved shortly, now both phones, my PM and Rogers have the same number but I can't receive calls from my PM phone and can only receive calls from my Rogers phone.

then click
Still can’t find the answer?
contact us below
then push contact button
SIM & Activation
look for None of those seem right?
Then click email us
should see a form that asks for sim number and few other questions just fill out and send.
